My lists

My Lists is your centralized hub for organizing and tracking shortlisted candidates. Create lists and folders to manage prospects, plan outreach, and structure your recruiting pipeline efficiently.

1. My Lists Dashboard

Your dashboard provides a complete overview of all folders, lists, and saved candidates.

Element	Description	Action
Search Lists	A search bar to quickly locate specific candidates or lists.	Easily find lists—especially useful as your library grows.
Folders	Group related lists into folders (e.g., Software Engineers, Developers).	Maintain structure and organize pipelines logically.
Lists	Individual lists displaying saved candidates, along with their candidate count.	Click to view candidates; use edit/delete icons to manage each list.
Create New List	Button at the bottom of the dashboard.	Opens the Create New List popup.

2. Create New List Popup

Clicking Create New List opens a dialog to help you set up list organization.

Create new Folder: Create a parent folder to group related lists.
Create new List: Create an individual list where candidates will be saved.
List Name: Enter a descriptive name (e.g., Front-end Devs – Q4 Target, Sales Leadership Q1 2026).
Cancel / Create List: Finalize the setup.

3. Adding Candidates to a List

Candidates can be added to lists directly from the Search Results or Profile View.

A. From the Profile View

When reviewing a candidate: 1. Click Add to My List (+ icon) in the top-right corner.

This opens the Add to My Lists dialog.

B. The “Add to My Lists” Dialog

This dialog helps you place the candidate into the right list.

Search or Select: Search for an existing list or check the folder/list where you want the candidate saved.
Quick Create: Use Create New List inside the popup if you need to make a new list instantly.
Click Save Candidate to List Finalize saving the candidate.

Tip: Once you’ve saved multiple candidates to a list, you can select the list and launch a targeted Email Campaign directly from the Campaign section.
