Insight Tab

The Insights tab provides intelligent, AI-driven analysis that goes beyond basic resume data. It highlights contextual fit, risk factors, motivations, and deeper signals to help you decide whether to move forward with a candidate.

You can access this tab from any candidate’s Profile View.

1. AI-Generated Summaries and Screening

This section displays the results of recruitRyte’s Smart Screening, applying custom criteria and contextual reasoning.

Custom Criteria Results: Any questions you set up in Smart Screening are listed here. The AI provides detailed responses based on the candidate’s profile, along with a Percentage Match Score (e.g., 100%, 80%).

Contextual Analysis: This goes beyond keyword matching by analyzing patterns across the candidate’s experience. It answers nuanced questions such as:
“Has the candidate managed major organizational change programs?”

2. Matching and Missing Keywords

This section uses clear color-coded indicators to show how well the candidate aligns with your job requirements.

Section Description Value Proposition

Using Insights for Action

The Insights tab directly supports decision-making and next steps:

  • Tailored Outreach: Use Matching Keywords to personalize your emails.
Example: “I noticed your strong background in Project Management at Goldman Sachs…”
  • Targeted Interviewing: Use Missing Keywords to craft interview questions that reveal gaps.
Example: “Can you walk me through a time you handled Risk Monitoring on a project?”
  • Confidence in Shortlisting: High match percentages and strong Smart Screening results indicate a strong candidate—ideal for unlocking contact information and moving them into an outreach campaign.
