When you enter a search query, our AI automatically interprets your intent and breaks it down into actionable search criteria. This gives you full control to review, adjust, and refine before running the search.<\/p>\n<\/section>\n

Your Input<\/h4>\n

This displays the original search query you entered. Click “Edit & re-interpret”<\/strong> to modify your query and have the AI re-analyze it.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Filters<\/h4>\n

Filters narrow down your search results. The AI extracts key criteria from your query and organizes them into:<\/p>\n

  • Job Title<\/strong> \u2013 Relevant job titles derived from your search, including variations and related roles<\/li>\n
  • Location<\/strong> \u2013 Geographic area with adjustable radius (default: 30 miles)<\/li>\n
  • Years of Experience<\/strong> \u2013 Minimum experience level inferred from seniority indicators<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Click the edit icon (pencil) next to any filter to customize it. Use “+ More Filters”<\/strong> to add additional criteria like industry, company size, or skills.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    Key Fit Signals<\/h4>\n

    Signals are ranking criteria derived from your search intent. Each signal can be marked as:<\/p>\n

    • Must-have<\/strong> \u2013 Candidates without this signal will be excluded<\/li>\n
    • Nice-to-have<\/strong> \u2013 Candidates with this signal will rank higher but won’t be excluded<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      You can edit, delete, or add new signals using “Add New Signal”<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

      Smart Suggestions<\/h4>\n

      If your search criteria are broad, the AI suggests ways to tighten relevance. Click the +<\/strong> button to instantly apply a suggestion.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n

      Talent Pool Indicator<\/h4>\n

      The right sidebar shows the estimated talent pool size matching your current criteria. As you add or remove filters and signals, this number updates to reflect the refined pool.<\/p>\n

      Tip:<\/strong> We’ll shortlist the top 1,000<\/strong> most relevant profiles for you, so starting broad is often the best approach.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/section>\n
