The Bulk Resume Match<\/b> tool is designed for high-volume recruitment, allowing you to process and compare multiple candidate resumes simultaneously against a single, target job description. This provides an instant ranking of candidates by fit score, significantly accelerating the screening process.<\/p>\n

Processing Bulk Resumes<\/h4>\n

To begin the bulk match, you will work within the Bulk Resume Match tab of the Resume Matching utility.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Upload Multiple Resumes<\/h5>\n

Click Choose File<\/b> to select and upload all the candidate resumes you wish to analyze.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Upload Resume:<\/strong> Click Choose File<\/b> and upload a PDF, DOCX, or similar file. The system automatically parses the text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
    Step 2: Paste Job Description<\/h5>\n

    Paste the full text of the single job description (JD) that all the resumes will be measured against.<\/p>\n

    Click Submit<\/b> to initiate the bulk analysis.<\/p>\n

    Notification and Results<\/h4>\n

    Since processing multiple resumes can take time, the system handles the task asynchronously:<\/p>\n

    • Email Notification:<\/b> After the system completes processing, the user will be notified via email.<\/li>\n
    • Result Link:<\/b> The notification email will provide a direct link<\/b> to the completed Bulk Resume Matching Result<\/b> page.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      Bulk Resume Matching Result<\/h4>\n

      The result provides a list view of all submitted resumes with a summary of the match data.<\/p>\n

      • Candidate List:<\/b> All submitted resumes are displayed in a list format, typically ranked by score.<\/li>\n
      • Match %:<\/b> The overall percentage fit score for each resume against the job description is clearly displayed.<\/li>\n
      • Detailed View:<\/b> You can click on any individual resume within the list to access its full Analyzed Resume text and compare it in detail against the Analyzed Job Description text.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Sharing Matched Resumes<\/h4>\n

        You can share the organized, ranked results with colleagues or hiring managers directly from the results page using a secure link.<\/p>\n

        • Initiate Share:<\/b> Click the Share button (usually located at the top of the results page).<\/li>\n
        • Enter Recipient Details:<\/b> A dialog box appears, prompting you to enter the recipient’s Name and Email Address.<\/li>\n
        • Secure Access:<\/b> The system will send a secure link and a PIN to the recipient’s email address.<\/li>\n
        • Recipient Access:<\/b> The recipient can use the link and PIN to securely access the ranked list, review the Match Insights for each candidate, and download the original resumes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
