My Lists<\/b> is your centralized hub for organizing and tracking shortlisted candidates. Create lists and folders to manage prospects, plan outreach, and structure your recruiting pipeline efficiently.<\/p>\n

1. My Lists Dashboard<\/h4>\n

Your dashboard provides a complete overview of all folders, lists, and saved candidates.<\/p>\n

Folders<\/td>\nGroup related lists into folders (e.g., Software Engineers, Developers).<\/i><\/td>\nMaintain structure and organize pipelines logically.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Lists<\/td>\nIndividual lists displaying saved candidates, along with their candidate count.<\/td>\nClick to view candidates; use edit\/delete icons to manage each list.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Create New List<\/td>\nButton at the bottom of the dashboard.<\/td>\nOpens the Create New List<\/b> popup.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n

2. Create New List Popup<\/h4>\n

Clicking Create New List opens a dialog to help you set up list organization.<\/p>\n

    \n
  • Create new Folder:<\/strong> Create a parent folder to group related lists.<\/li>\n
  • Create new List:<\/strong> Create an individual list where candidates will be saved.<\/li>\n
  • List Name:<\/strong> Enter a descriptive name (e.g., Front-end Devs \u2013 Q4 Target, Sales Leadership Q1 2026).<\/li>\n
  • Cancel \/ Create List:<\/strong> Finalize the setup.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    3. Adding Candidates to a List<\/h4>\n

    Candidates can be added to lists directly from the Search Results or Profile View.<\/p>\n

    A. From the Profile View<\/h4>\n

    When reviewing a candidate: 1. Click Add to My List (+ icon) in the top-right corner.<\/p>\n

    • This opens the Add to My Lists dialog.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      B. The \u201cAdd to My Lists\u201d Dialog<\/h4>\n
      \n \n <\/div>\n

      This dialog helps you place the candidate into the right list.<\/p>\n

      1. Search or Select:<\/strong> Search for an existing list or check the folder\/list where you want the candidate saved.<\/li>\n
      2. Quick Create:<\/strong> Use Create New List inside the popup if you need to make a new list instantly.<\/li>\n
      3. Click Save Candidate to List<\/strong> Finalize saving the candidate.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Tip: Once you\u2019ve saved multiple candidates to a list, you can select the list and launch a targeted Email Campaign<\/b> directly from the Campaign section.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
