The Resume Matching<\/b> tool uses AI to instantly compare a candidate\u2019s resume against a job description (JD). It provides an objective percentage match score, showing where the candidate excels and where they may fall short\u2014helping you make informed screening decisions before outreach.<\/p>\n

Step 1: Upload or Paste Resume<\/h4>\n

Choose one of two ways to provide the candidate\u2019s information:<\/p>\n

    \n
  • \n Upload Resume:<\/strong> Click Choose File<\/b> and upload a PDF, DOCX, or similar file. The system automatically parses the text.\n <\/li>\n
  • \n Click Paste Resume?<\/b> and paste the raw text into the text box.\n <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Step 2: Paste Job Description<\/h4>\n

    Paste the full job description into the provided text box.<\/p>\n

    • You may edit the JD text to remove unnecessary sections (e.g., company introduction) so the AI focuses only on the skills, experience, and requirements.<\/li>\n
    • Once both steps are complete, click Match Resume<\/b> to start the analysis.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Criteria Breakdown:<\/strong> Match percentages separated by categories such as:\n

        • Years of Experience\n<\/li>\n
        • Skills<\/li>\n
        • Education<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n
        • Top Matched Keywords:<\/strong> Highlights the exact skills and terms from the JD found in the resume.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
          Visual Comparison<\/h5>\n

          Two detailed tabs provide full transparency:<\/p>\n

          • Analyzed Resume:<\/strong> Displays the parsed resume text.<\/li>\n

            The system applies color coding and highlighting throughout both documents to show: – Where the resume meets the required skills – Which qualifications are missing – How often key terms appear.
